£18,866 awarded after we challenged an insurer’s £11,500 offer

A road traffic accident on Fulham Palace Road resulted in a prolonged recovery for our client, despite his initial injuries appearing relatively minor. His overall recovery took 32 months. Although liability for the accident was accepted, the value of the claim remained in dispute. When the defendant’s insurers made offers that we considered insufficient to reflect our client’s injuries and losses, we advised him to reject them and pursued the claim through the courts.

£500,000 secured for motorcyclist despite liability and causation disputes

A routine motorcycle ride changed our client’s life in an instant when a car turned across his path, leaving him with life-changing injuries and unable to return to work. Airlifted to hospital, he suffered multiple serious fractures. Despite his recovery, he was left with permanent mobility difficulties. With liability admitted in full, we secured a £500,000 settlement, alongside rehabilitation, interim payments and essential home adaptations to enable our client to return home and rebuild his life.
